How To Use Aspadol 100 Mg

• Swallow the Aspadol 100 mg tablet as a whole with water. 

• Avoid using the medication over three weeks as it may increase the risk of dependency. 

• Aspadol 100 can be taken with or without food. 

• People with hepatic (liver) disorders should maintain a dosage gap of 8 hours. 

Storage 

• Keep the Aspadol 100 mg pill away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• They should not be in a reachable place for pets and children.

• Dispose of the pill by wrapping them in a newspaper. 

• It is best to keep the pills in their original package. 

Warning

• The analgesic use in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal obstruction, and constipation should be done cautiously. 

• It can worsen the condition of diarrhea in patients with a stomach infection from E. coli, Salmonella, Shigella, and pseudomembranous colitis. 

• The use of Aspadol with alcohol can cause severe respiratory depression. 

• A higher dose of the medication can reduce blood pressure (hypotension). 

• The intake of the analgesic intravenously can result in cerebral hypoxia (a condition where the brain does not receive enough oxygen) and vasodilatation (a decrease in blood pressure by widening the blood pressure). 

• Overdosing on Aspadol can cause severe respiratory depression.

• It can increase the smooth muscle tone in the biliary tract (an organ that stores bile, a fluid that helps digest fat), causing spasms and elevated biliary tract pressure.  

Before Taking

• One of the primary safety concerns with Aspadol 100 mg is respiratory depression; thus, its use is not advisable for people with asthma and COPD (blockage in the air pathway). 

• The extended-release formula of Aspadol should not be crushed or broken as it can lead to its rapid absorption in the body. 

• Aspadol 100 mg is a pregnancy category C drug and should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 

• The use of Asapadol 100 tablet should be avoided by people who have taken an MAO inhibitor (antidepressant) in the last 14 days. 

• People with a history of kidney, liver, and heart disorders should avoid taking pain medication. 

• This medication use is considered unsafe for people under 18 and above 65.

• Driving and using heavy machinery is not recommended with Aspadol 100 tablets.
